While brand-new, complete, and in full working condition, the unit does have a dime-sized dent on its underside. The damage to the thick outter box did transfer through to the unit, unfortunately. Again, it doesn't impact its performance and functionality. Great seller!

I noticed that the seller forgot to include the ac adapter as advertised. A quick message swiftly resolved the issue, and he ensured that the an ac adapter would be sent within 24 hours.
