    As you will see in photos the first photo is the image from the seller. The dress is yellow and describes the dress by details other than color. Based on the description And photos I bought it and received a white and blue dress that I already own. No refunds offered. What I received is displayed in pictures 2 and 3. Photo one is what I based my purchase upon. Not happy.

    Buyer complains she received a Nellie O'Malley White and Blue Meet Dress that was NOT described as yellow. EBay policy requires to describe ALL FLAWS. A white dress that is NOT yellow has no color flaws and therefore none where described. The listing was accurate. Buyer's expectation of a description of a color other than the original when there is no such a flaw is unrealistic and her demands that sellers pay for her errors are a platform return abuse.
