Contacted seller with pictures mind you, and they say it's not the monitor they sold me! Thes the insult my intelligence on how I tested the monitor. After all the backl and forth they finally said , just send it back so we can be done here. Maybe if you guys have better packaging I wouldn't have gotten a monitor that's DOA!
