    Definitely a Seller I will not buy from again. The picture of the item is deceiving, making the buyer believe that it is buying something else. Because of that, the seller is able to put a price on the item that is far above the market value. In this case more that 4 times. My guess is that is why returns are not accepted.

    When the description reads circulated and dipped, he thinks it should be Uncirculated. Now banned from any future transactions with me. Appears a book with numismatic terms should be on his shopping list.
