    Works ok but doubt its accuracy.

    Today I checked my antenna reflected power at 40 mHz. I had it on the forward power position and then changed the power level switch between 15 and 60 Watts. The forward meter tracked appropriately. The reflected power should have changed on a 4 to 1 ratio, IT REMAINED EXACTLY THE SAME. The meter scale is somewhat hard to read and the needle is a little wide. It is an adequate meter giving generalized indication. I do not trust the reflected power for 420 mHz. I cannot afford a Bird but for my home QTH is works well.

    It is not cost effect because only read well on Power reading not SWR .

    It is so beautifull , looks great but I bought two of them and both are not good reading on SWR. You can put any antenna and the reading is 1.2 , 1.3 and no more. On Power scale works great.
