      They sent my mother’s urn to someone else and then said they would get it sent to me but never did. I’ve waited over 3 weeks to now find out I need to order a new one from a better store. Do not buy from these people, not trustworthy. I have no idea where my mother’s urn is and they told me to shop elsewhere after refunding me. I wanted the urn and they never delivered. So now some random person has an urn with my mom’s name on it. Creepy and disturbing.
