This ended up being costly to me as I needed the laptop delivered on time as indicated by the estimated delivery date. The seller did respond in decent time and I eventually got the laptop which was properly packaged with adequate protection. For a used laptop it looked good and Performs well so far. The shipping blunder spoiled my experience
