    I had issues when I first used the batteries and contacted the seller. He gave me suggestions about what to do and the products seem to know work properly. If they last me through the mowing season I will be happy. I do agree with an earlier comment I saw which indicated the battery that was pictured was not the one I received. But, if they work properly, I am OK with that.
