    Item was mostly as described but packing was TERRIBLE!! The box was a huge part of the product. Seller put the box in the mail with ZERO PROTECTION. No polymailer or bubble wrap. Nothing. Box arrived with holes and knicks on the box. Unacceptable. Had it been raining, box would be worse. Seller told me about one broken item but the trophy fountain also had its handles broken off either before or in transit. Item inside box was dirty with sand. Seller should have cleaned it and been more diligent
