I understand that you get what you pay for, but these were already a basic item and they still disappointed. They're very thin and came stuck together and were hard to peel apart. I don't notice any difference in resistance from one band to the next, only a different color and maybe the slightest difference in thinness. I think they might break easily, but can't say for sure.
