    Good Product

    It is a good product, the only thing is that it could very easily put the patient on the ground even with safety belt on, it does not take uneven surfaces well but for a short distance it is great as a transport chair. As far as a walker (Rollator) it seems to do fine and is so easy to load and unload. It may take a while for someone who has only used a standard walker to understand the handbrakes. Overall this is a good product. Best of all quick and easy assembly.

    Nice, once we got it put together.

    It rolls nicely, and it's easy to convert from rollator to transport chair. This 4-star rating is titled "better than expected". I wouldn't quite say that, but I think it deserves 4 stars. As a transport chair, the back rest is OK but not as comfortable as what's on a wheelchair. Assembly was a royal pain. Getting the brake adjusted for one wheel almost defeated us. Finally we realized that we had to use BOTH the methods of adjusting the brake cable that the instructions offered.

    Good product for the most part

    For the most part, the translator is awesome. The service from the seller, however, was lacking. I tried multiple times to get a hold of them via email as one of the brakes would not engage and I had a problem adjusting it. I finally had to give up and paid a local medical supply to adjust it for me. I couldn’t wait for the email that finally came days later telling me someone would contact me shortly, which never happened. Other than having to pay for the brake adjustment myself, I’m fairly please with the translator and it was much cheaper from ebay than from medical supplies. I no longer have to try to fit both a walker and a wheelchair in the car so my husband can walk when he wants and still have the wheelchair available when necessary.     Almost Perfect

    Would have been five stars since it's truly a great thing for the price. But... The backrest that flips has a flawed design. When it flips the upper edge is much further forward so it cuts into your back and isn't comfortable. It's fixable with a cushion, but is a really sad miss. I called the company thinking I assembled it wrong and they gave me this ludicrous answer about how it was supposed to be that way. Huh?

    good chair, 1 problem

    the chair lives up to the description. lightweight, easy to assemble, sturdy,and good looking, an excellent chair for the money. we have not actually used it outside yet, rain. but r looking forward to doing so. the only complaint i have is the bolts that attach the handles to the posts are too small and slide back into the posts. this is a simple fix though. just buy a couple of washers and put them between the bolts and the posts. if u want a good chair for the money this could be it.
