    A new box comes with 12 tubes. This was an open box with 11 (as described by seller). I assume they are all new tubes but they do feel like there is hardly any product in them..... extremely light. Could be that the manufacturer only fills them half way?

    This was an open box but the 11 tubes were definitely unopened. I weighed an unopened box w/ 12 tubes & this open box w/ 11 tubes before listing both for sale. The difference in weight was a few ounces & proportional to the number of tubes in the box. I find this neutral feedback unfair as the seller is commenting on something that I cannot help as I am not the manufacturer. The seller also did not attempt to contact me about this. When I did reached out thru ebay, buyer opted to keep item.
