    I ordered 8 placemats and 8 napkins. I received 8 placemats but only 7 napkins. Upon contacting seller, they said they had the 8th napkin and would get out to me ASAP. Later, I received email that said they didn’t want to pay for parcel so stuck in envelope. I told her this was for Valentine’s Day.. I have yet to receive it, and, believe that since it was owners mistake, Everything should have been done to assure me, the buyer, of a prompt delivery. After all, they have my money, but, I

    Oh my, yes, I made a mistake...like nobody has ever done that B4. I am human/not AI. It would have been nice the buyer wait more than 1.5-days to lash out instead of waiting. Napkin arrived in 3-days & B4 buyer needed. Don't feel we deserve this lashing nor needed to pay $4 for 1 napkin. Remember this the next time you make a mistake. People make them every day, should we go around bashing them for it? A little patience and compassion would be nice-wow :(

    The item is as described. The seller is unpleasant to deal with. Way over charged shipping for two items packaged together, even though I asked for combined shipping in advance. Refunded me a nominal amount to shut me up after several unpleasant exchanges. Not recommended. Just read the seller description on all items and you will get the tone.

    We have no obligation nor are required to refund any shipping costs after items are combined from shopping cart. Buyer felt ripped off and replied politely we will look into issue. Apologized repeatedly for being busy 5-days before Christmas and asked for screenshot of carrier cost. Sent zip-code 3-times but buyer was too busy demanding refund. Claimed interlined drape & valance weigh less than 2lb; combined weight almost 6lb. Finally sent screenshot for ship w/no weight or zip-codes. DISHONEST!
