    Item was advertised as new but item arrived cracked. Seller offered to refund some money but was not enough to cover replacement part. Seller advised to file claim with post office, which didn’t work. Post office said no claim can be filed. Then seller reneged on paying any refund. This transaction drained a lot of my time. I will avoid eBay in future because of this.

    Buyer demanded return due to shipping damage. It is clearly stated that we do not accept returns. Offered a 20% discount to cover replacement part...they refused and requested return...I offered a 50% discount...they refused and requested return. I suggested they file a claim with USPS insurance...they said they couldn't for whatever reason and said "Send the 50% refund but expect negative feedback". I told them if they intended to leave negative feedback regardless then I would not be refunding
