I received one action figure broken in two pieces. Seller stated occurred in shipping, the box was well insulated and not damaged. It seems improbable it occurred in shipping. Seller offered a full refund I asked to return the broken figure and have a partial refund. Seller would not accommodate. Seller was very understanding and went out of his way to contact the USPS in an effort to resolve the problem and then offered a generous refund amount even though it was the delivery that caused the damage.
