      First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience we have caused during the shipping process. We did not lie. Because of tariff, we changed our courier company, which caused the delivery of the shoes to be delayed. After we were notified by the buyer, we actively worked hard to resolve the issue. When we found out that the shoes could not be delivered to the buyer in time, we fully refunded the money. The shoes were ultimately delivered to the buyer. Again our apologies. Thank you.
