      Please consider changing your feedback to positive. Your coins were shipped Saturday, April 20th, the same day you placed your order. I cannot control delivery times of the USPS, but to reach your destination from Maryland by April 28th seems not unreasonable. Two to four day delivery is to be expected only in the local 20636 zip code according to what's shown on Ebay. Thank you for your consideration.
