    Seller is top notch. There was a problem with the item that was no fault of the seller. It was brand new and labeled from the factory, both the container and the unit itself, however it seems Viking mislabeled it as the 27” model and it was the 30” model. Seller communicated extremely well, arranged immediate pickup, and issued a refund within 24 hours of getting the unit back. I would strongly recommend this seller as trustworthy and easy to work with.

    Pretty good, but major flaw

    This faucet has great tactile feel and very little effort to operate the lever. My only issue is the pull-up sink drain lever. It is flimsy and literally built like an unfolded wire hanger. This back lever also has a very uncomfortable tab to pull up. Grohe must have done this to save money, but they really shouldnt of. While I appreciate that this faucet is low enough to accommodate people in wheelchairs, those with ergonomic issues would likely find it difficult to use. Overall, I give this faucet a 3. The aesthetics are otherwise good.
