I didn't remember I needed an unlocked phone until it was already out of the box and halfway set up. I contacted the seller to ask if we could work out a deal where I could get a partial refund, since I was the one at fault. They replied with kindness and instructed me to simply use the return process for a full refund. Excellent customer service! Great folks!

I noticed that the seller forgot to include the ac adapter as advertised. A quick message swiftly resolved the issue, and he ensured that the an ac adapter would be sent within 24 hours.
