It shipped the first day possible with the nozell missing to use the product. I let them know and received a messaged very fast saying they woukd look for it. That was the end of our conversation as I suggested a partial refund since I had to chase the part to use the product. Not a horrible experience but not the best either. Fast isn't always great service.
