    After negotiating a price the seller canceled this transaction saying there was a problem with the shipping address. I contacted the seller via phone to see what the issue was and found it didn't have to do with that. The reason was that there was going to be a hold put on the funds from Ebay. The seller offered to sell but pay through Pay Pal or another transaction. Didn't want to do that as Ebay has buyer protection.
