It's already as is, And the bolts are $0.75 to a dollar at your local home Depot or Ace hardware? Shipping was $70 which seemed high.

      Purchased and paid 3/6, but no item, no tracking number, no messages from seller as of 3/14, the last date of the scheduled arrival. To my inquiry 3/15, the seller just said he would looked into the matter without any apologies, a clear indication that he doesn't care much about his buyers. A first such incident in my 25 years of ebay trading. ebay should and could have contacted the seller about the missing tracking number.
