    Great product - Bum luck

    Purchased as a used item. The first (and only) time I used it, everything was working great and then suddenly it started spitting out a nasty brown liquid. I suspect that someone had made a practice of using regular tap water rather than distilled water. It's a great iron -- just can't use it in the steam mode.
