He said paint was wearing off and frames were rusting. The frames are made of plastic.. plastic does not rust. Seller refused to send refund. Had to contact eBay customer service for help. The paint on my glasses was brand new and fresh. The pair you sent back has all the paint removed. Secondly the metal on the glasses frames does rust. Mine did not have rust, and the ones you sent back had rust. I did not refuse a refund. Ebay stepped in. I had three days left to refund you
