They simply re-provided the tracking number. No other communications or effort was involved. I understand it's not on them that the package got lost but they did absolutely nothing to be of help.

The reason for the positive feedback is the seller responded immediately and refunded my money. It wouldn’t be there fault what’s in the package, so, I would say it’s safe to order from them and if there’s any issues, they will take care of you. Must’ve just been a bad batch from the manufacturer.
