Obviously USPS accidentally ran over the item with a forklift or a delivery truck . (When I see my postman , I'll show it to him) . I took a picture of the item , uploading it to the vendor . He credited my charge , refunding the purchase & was responsive throughout the transaction . Unfortunately he did not have a replacement which I would have gladly accepted in lieu of the refund . 5 stars + , TY !
