I choose the first option and I ended up getting my jacket and the refund, now I have two and an extra $20. Great seller, customer service and communication I would shop here again

Unless the pictures were old before it got damaged, I would guess it was poorly packed and came damaged during transit. I do not recommend this seller. I will have to eat this loss because sending it back will cost me more than this thing is worth. Poor value! Not as advertised! Really bad 🤦🏽♂️
