      Plant arrived dead. Contacted seller she made excuses. I planted, watered and placed in partial shade. Nothing. Reached out for a refund. Seller is rude. Sent all pictures requested. She never looked at her inbox just kept demanding more. I took the loss and washed my hands of her. Buyers beware.

      The buyer had opened a case and I agreed to take back the roots inspite of the roots being alive. I did respond to the pics on the case she had opened and told her to send back the roots covered in wet paper and plastic as the roots are still alive but she will have to pay the return shipping as my job was to send live roots and as seen in the pics the roots are still alive. What more can I do? She closed the case and left a negative feedback.
