Out and out lied about it being tested and working, unless you call hitting the power button and all that comes on screen is "Please Wait" Well, I have been waiting since Wed, May 28 and it has not come on yet. The backlight won't even come on. Tell me they didn't know about it? If they had 2 of them I would order another one, I am just that stupid. But WOW! I didnt lie. Its a big TV and is over 10 years old. My biggest problem with these older larger and heavier TV's is internal damage caused by shippers. You never know when one gets thrown off a truck and jarred inside. Why on earth would I send you a non working TV? Thats just going to come back and bite me. Given a chance I could have worked it out with you but you chose this route instead.

Only shipping was the issue on how my item arrived. My item was packed with bubble wrap and cushioned with packing all over. FedEx still managed to find a way to break something.
