The little doll case was packed in a Large box with a handful of scrunched up paper a thin layer of bubble wrap around the case no packing inside to protect doll. Came from Cali to Fl shaken and bounce all loosen items tossed about All Seller wrote to me, Sorry you were disappointed. Almost $400 Seriously! eBay says contact Seller, give them a chance to make right I did!
