Unfortunately it was not packaged very well, the porta filter was just sitting loose in the box so it beat the machine up during shipping. It scratched the drip tray all up and put a big dent in it that was not in any of the listing photos. It's still operational but one of the main reasons I chose this unit was because it was complete and looked perfect. A little extra care when packing would have been appreciated.
