      Item was described as Open box, unused. it looks great, however it had been previously used. Seller said he must have sent the wrong item and if I sent it back he would send the correct item. I asked for a partial credit and Seller would only allow me to send it back for a full refund, big hassle and I don't trust him to send the correct item. I just want a partial credit of $25, as I don't find him trustworthy to actually send the correct item, He has now gone silent, zero communication.

      We never stated we shipped the incorrect item. Many times we stated you received the correct item in new condition, and you said there were no cosmetic signs of use. Any time you stated you were unhappy with the item, we offered return, You then demanded 50% partial credit, and we stood by returning the item. We had to block you due to daily messages threatening bad feedback unless we refunded you.

      A good value but lesser quality than the original....but also 1/5 the price.

      It looks the same but it is slightly different. It's a little less quality than the original but not poor quality. Hyundai wanted about 250, so the 50 I paid for mine was well worth the difference as my spare. It's only a couple of weeks old and won't be used much if ever(hopefully) so I can't speak on it's durability. The main thing I notice is having to press the buttons a little harder. Oh, and the programming is a little different than what it says but still easy. Just make sure you program the replacement first and then any originals. The beeps and stuff are what is different. So if you follow the instructions, it may not seem like it's working. It just didn't beep like it was supposed to for me.

      Would Give This Item a 6 out of 5 stars!!!

      I don't know where to start other than this is one of the best investments I've ever made. I lost my keyfobs for 2010 Hyundai Sonata. Dealership wanted $79 each for new key fob plus $45 to program. Basically $124 each AND they wanted an advanced appointment. I looked online and found this Dorban programmer with 1 keyfob for $52 shipping and tax included. Next to that was two more keyfobs for $19.99 so I bought three keyfobs and a programmer for $72. Best part was it was incredibly each to program all three in less than 2 minutes. Incredible experience and I am thoroughly pleased!!!!

      Great value for a great programming tool.

      The programming module allowed me to program two non-OEM remotes and one used OEM remotes all in less than a minute. The original programming instructions do not state the need to close the door to the vehicle and allow the dome light to turn before you plug the module into the OBD II port. The programming is easy, and I purchased it here on eBay with significant savings than at other sites I had visited.

      Avoid dealer markup: DIY

      This fob worked on the first try with the included programmer. The directions are clear, too. I was quite annoyed when I bought my used Sonata that it only came with one key and one fob. Getting a key and fob through the dealer would have cost nearly $200.
