    This shipping was good. The packaging was good. The value was ok. But the description was not on point bc seller had broken the Snoopy around the neck area. His pictures showed no damage and this wasn’t USPS damage. The seller absolutely knew this item was damaged bc there were no broken pieces in the styrofoam the ceramic sat in. The seller then rant bc I tried to make a deal on the broken item such as partial credit for the damage. Seller got irate and said he reported me. Very delusional.

    Initially, buyer sent threatening message demanding partial refund or else. I never claimed item was damaged in mail, she made this a point that it could not have been. I offered a return. Buyer accepted the return. Buyer sent back a swapped out item, which had obvious blue stains not on the item pictured in listing. I still approved a full refund only to get negative feedback. Avoid Gloria9307 at all costs.
