    Zippo Tough

    This is a very sturdy tough leather pouch. My husband is rough on any leather and this pouch can handle it all. His only issue was that the belt loop snap kept getting pulled open by accident. we fixed that with a little crazy glue. It slides on and off your belt easily anyway. I won't buy a pouch if it isn't Zippo Brand. Your lighter may be a little hard to pull out of the pouch at first but once you get it broken in your good to go. Love the Zippo Brand.

    Sewn too tight, snap opens with little pressure.

    So I already have 2 and thought I'd get another one for the new lighter I ordered, as past products have been fine and these pouches protect the design on the lighter. It's the same size as the other 2 I have, but the stitching is very tight. So tight my plain lighter will not come out without the lid opening and a great deal of stress is put on the hinge. The actual lighter I purchased at the same time as this did not fit as received, it has a 3D design on the front that makes it thicker. I've since stretched it and after a couple of weeks it is now somewhat workable, however hiking with it on a belt it fell off, the snap just opened. The oldest one I own is easily 10 years old and I never had a problem with it. I'm going to weld or crimp the snap so it doesn't open and if I use it will ...

    Zippo pouch

    I love the quality, and the access to my lighter, but if you bend over a lot at work or at play the snap will pop. I wore mine with my daily work belt, ranch hand, and every time I step through a fence or drag a bale of hay across it, I end up back tracking to find it. If you work inside in an office or standing, I'm sure it's fine. I had to reorder one where the belt loop is sewn down.

    good but snap is weak

    I have several of these but the others have a sewn down strap. I got this one because I thought the snap on the strap would make it easier to wear without having to remove my belt, but the snap is weak and it keeps coming off while I am wearing it. I fear I will not only lose the case but my $60 Zippo lighter with it.

    Needs a better snap for the belt loop

    This is the third one I have bought. I lost the other 2 with the lighters. The snaps come undone and they can fall from the belt. Getting rid of the snap and stitching the loop to the body. The lighters fit extremely tight. I just soak them and wrap my lighter in a couple layers of tape and strech them out. 2 days in water and 3 days to dry, problem solved.
