    The pail measured 7 lbs that is prior to opening as when I received the product there was powder everywhere , I understand settling but really ? I was missing almost 2 lbs soap and when opened it was 3/4 full. !! This detergent cost alot money . I feel the company should send me another pail of product or I can return it ! I realize settling occurs but this is outrageous for the price and with the pail and product prior to opening weighed 7lbs ? Somehow while in storage or shipping I lost 1 lb

    this product is great....only a light scent if u are scent-sensitive or trying to detoxify your environment ...after drying the scent is gone...it keeps my washer from a ring of scum that seems to accumulate from the phosphate-free detergents....years ago, one never needed to buy washing machine tub cleaner!
