      The sign of a good business is not that they don't sometimes make mistakes, but that they solve them efficiently and with good will. The wrong design t-shirt was sent by mistake but on notification they refunded me straightaway without requesting it to be returned. I did however return it, then reordered it and got a fantastic t-shirt resent with the design I wanted and my husband loves it! Mistakes happen, it's how you handle it that matters!
