    Black Garlic in Aluminum Pack from China

    Very good value as Black Garlic is a bit pricey. These are some type of small garlic. The bag says fermented for 60 days...... I loved them, ate four or five a day and have just ordered a second bag!

    Black garlic vs black garlic.

    Started with making my own and buying it, to see which is more convenient and which tasted better. After the month I waited for my homemade black garlic and the week I waited for A+ black garlic, I found that, while I like the taste of mine slightly better the wait and cost of the electricity doesn't justify making at home again.

    I really enjoy this garlic. I add it to salads and hot dishes and the added taste is delightful. I completely understand the cost, however, I sure do wish it was less expensive....
