      I purchased this battery based on the photo showing the USB charging port at the *BASE* of the battery. The battery I received has the charging port at top (contact) end. The port is blocked by the frame of the battery holder on the contact end - so to recharge the battery I have to partially disassemble the case and remove the battery. Now I have to look for another battery.

      Unfortunately I do not understand the complaint. I have one of these plugged in right next to me with a standard USB cable. The buyer did not contact me to try to resolve this. I apologize for any misunderstanding, or problems it caused the buyer, but I do not see what the issue is.
