They only move bars 3/4” up and back. The adapter is only 3/4” thick. How could it possibly add 1 1/2”??????? Maybe I only received 1/2 of the product???

I'm sorry to say these are not 1.5" rise nor setback, they are like the others, 3/4" rise with about 1" set back. They look OK and went on well by removing the center bolt, just make sure you have the right size socket & use a torque wrench when putting it back on.
