Heavy items get thrown around a lot during shipping, so expect to do a little hammering with a rubber mallet like I did. Also, I had to do a little touch up painting. Installed easy and looks great. Quality of the hitch and hardware kit was good. Fast but rough shipping and a good price. It took a little extra work, but it is a nice hitch. Thanks.
