    This is an international seller and if the product is defective they will ask you to prepay a huge return shipping fee. Sellers don't know how to do business in the US. Can't communicate with them. I had to contact AMEX to dispute.

    This buyer can not provide defective proofs,as the product page said if buyer want to return for any reason,buyer pay the return shipping.When we get the item and test it,if the product real have problem,We will give refund and return cost,this is fair.for many times,when we get the return items,we test agian and working good,sometimes product not working maybe caused by wrong opearation,man-made fault or other spare parts problem like motherboard issues etc.
