I messaged to get a resolution & was told they melted because I didn't have heat shields( H.S) have two things to say about that 1) description didn't say I would need to buy/have/ install H.S 2) my old OEM plastic belly covers don't need any HS to not melt to exhaust. I know this because I had to take the new off and reuse my old OEM covers. They offered replacement panels for 30$ shipping. Unacceptable
