(NOTE: According to the eBay tracking system, this was mailed without tracking, so there was no account given for why it took longer than expected to receive. HOWEVER, when I did finally receive it, the envelope clearly showed that the seller HAD mailed it with tracking which the USPS had failed to record or report. )
