    Buyer beware: the seller listed the item I bought as authentic brand name Volvo parts (as was the picture of the item) however they sent an aftermarket cheap version instead. I alerted the seller of this and somehow they didn’t think that was wrong. Very deceptive. In fact this listing is still alive today so if you’re looking for OEM Volvo maintenance parts, I’d like elsewhere.

    Customer was offered a full refund. We are sorry the part wasn't what they were after. The listing has been removed. The aftermarket version we sent her was actually NICER than the OEM part, but again, we offered her a refund. She declined. Very sorry for the mix up!
