I sent them a message because after installing the throttle position sensor my truck was still running erratically. In my message to them I asked if sometimes these sensors have a defect. In their message back to me they asked if I would like a refund without having a to send the part back. Thankfully I found that I didn’t reconnect a vacuum hose and that was the problem. Their part was fine. 5 stars!!!
