I added each bag to one-gallon fermentation jars with a colonized bag of Uncle Ben's 90-second rice. I removed the gaskets from the lids and placed 20 mm 0.25 µm filter discs over the holes. Ten days of colonization and a week of consolidation and everything was beautiful. The packaging from this seller is always phenomenal, double packaged for the ultimate seal against contaminates. Well worth it.

Grain came kinda dry, one bag was not sealed, had 1 contaminate before inoculation. Very slow growth compared to other vendors or grain spawn I’ve made myself. But for the price it’s decent.
