They weren't dirty, bent or torn and I appreciate that. Most companies wrap with plastic and it gets delivered and its always hard to pick up and most times a few boxes are damaged. This was in pristine condition. I will be ordering from u again. Thank you

I believe they drop ship, and the factory took a while to send off the product. I reached out after 3 days and they responded quickly and were very helpful. The condition was excellent! Compared to other cases that extend into the $200-$500 this is an excellent value. It is a little bulky, but the wheels are a nice touch.
