    Delivery was slow due to USPS, they do their best but probably need a few more price increases to become efficient. The fan was new as described, I replaced a 12" fan with 12V 80 watt motor, this 12V 130 watt seems to move more air, I'm pleased with it so far. Good Quality, Well Packaged, smooth transaction.     I highly recommend this cooling fan to someone who needs to pull more air volume through their radiator. Spins up to full rpm in about a second, much faster than my original fans. fan cycle time is decreased as well
