Maybe consider using a box with some real packaging not piece of cardboard around the cells and shoved in a flat rate envelope. Won't purchase from this seller again.

I started to find out and correspond with USPS, in general, only today, on the 17th, the package was in my box, but the package was open on one side, so you could easily stick your hand in. They were rummaging around in it. Thanks to the seller, the batteries are as described 7.97~7.98v. They look fine, I'll install them and see how they work.

Purchased hybrid battery blocks for a 2007 Prius. Installed them, and they seemed to have fixed my issue. Voltage is just as described and the condition appeared to be almost new. This was a much cheaper option that replacing my entire battery for a couple thousand bucks. Will definitely be back if I need more blocks in the future!
