Promised refund both before and after trying to get me to take multiple other branded and not compatible items, then said they couldnt refund because of ebay shipping label. Ebay confirmed they were full of it and return had no holds. Seller relisted item and stopped communications. Ebay had to step in. SCAMMER!!! They were shipped in an envelope instead of a box.The seller did offer to let me send them back, but I didn't want to go to that expense and it was a clean break and easy to glue, so I kept them. I got them at an exceptional price, also.

    Why pay full price when you can get a practically new one less than half price!

    Was skeptical ordering a used pot but was very pleasantly surprised. It was clean and looked to me brand new, it even came with the original box and utensils still in plastic bag looked unused. We used it the day we got it and everything worked perfectly. The price was the frosting on the cake!!! I'm so glad I pulled the trigger on this one, Thanks a bunch for your auction!!

    I purchased this after hearing so many great things about them . I work a lot so finding time to make a healthy meal is always a issue.     Great product, replace a host of other gizmos and save time!

    It is a great addition to the kitchen. This is my second one and I am continually finding new uses. I'm a serious cook and don't usually like "appliances" but this and my sous vide wand are the two additions to my kitchen in the last few years that get constant use. And this replaces a lot of things like a rice cooker, dutch oven and crock pot so it actually saves me a bit of space. It also has made me into a much more diligent yogurt maker as this makes it so easy and the results are spectacular. Great product

    Happy and satisfied with my Instant Pot

    The instant pot works really great. It was also delivered fast and was packaged good. I really got a good deal. I have an instant pot before but my IP’s lid got damaged. I am happy that I stumbled upon this IP which ha same size of lid as my former one. It has a better and safer lid and quick release as well. So i now have 2 instant pots.
